When completing a spare parts order or RMA claim shipping fee, a customer will be directed to our 3rd party credit card processing company’s secure page. Customers’ credit card verification and authorization will be performed on the third party site. Depending on the 3rd party option provided and used the purchase after completed will generally be redirected to a General Sound Co completion page.
