Complaint

I purchased the Retrobox. Actually I have tried 3 of them, 2 have been returned because I cannot get the USB ports to play. I got one 2 yrs ago and I had no trouble with it. It played right off. So, if anyone has any information about this radio (SP-411BT) by Dolphin. Please relay. This was to be a gift for a friend.

USB ports

I purchased my Dolphin Retrobox radio today. Fast service. However I cannot get either the mini or the USB ports to play. I read that for blue ray the stick has to be formatted for blue ray, which I did. It still doesn't play. I have one 2 yrs old and have had no problem. This is the 3rd unit I have tried. Can you give me some advice. This is for a gift.
